βClay Kit & Lesson Plan
Teachers in the North Vancouver School District can book the clay kit for a two week period, which contains all the tools and the step-by-step instructions to bring this clay lesson into your classroom.
Using the materials in this kit students will create 7β x 5β ceramic tiles, creating texture with a variety of tools and using additive and subtractive sculpting techniques. In creating their tiles, students will design ancient fossils, future fossils, or a combination both. Students will learn the following skills: hand building techniques, sculpting with clay, joining clay, using press molds, planning and design process, principles of design.

Printmaking Kit & Lesson Plan
Teachers in the North Vancouver
School District can book any of the printmaking kits for a two week period, which
contains all the tools and the step-by-step instructions to bring this printmaking lesson into your classroom.
Collagraph Kit & Lesson Plan
Using the materials in this kit students will create two types of 9"x5" collagraph prints. One will be a relief print using cutout cardboard and paper. The other will be a trace monotype on the inking plates. Students will learn cutting and gluing techniques, assembling shapes and lines with cardboard and string as well as planning and design.

Relief Printing Kit & Lesson Plan (coming soon)
Using
the materials in this kit students will carve a 4"x6" block of linoleum to create a design. They will then print these blocks on several types of paper, including multimedia paper and newsprint.
Students will use carving tools and learn safe handling of lino cutting tools, carving techniques and more.
